The Tower of Regrets is a location in the Caldera region in Outward.

Dungeon in south-west Caldera containing many Ghosts.

Artifact:
- At the end of the dungeon it leads to an outdoor area that overlooks the Southern most island accessible via Calygrey Island (where you find the Calygrey Colosseum). An eagle statue with a green torch flame can be interacted with to deactivate the force-field in the stone circle on the overlooked island. The stone circle contains the Ceremonial Bow. It can be combined with a Pearlbird Mask to produce the awakened artifact - Murmure.
