+20% regen or -20% cost?[]
The in-game description for this sleep effect is as follows:
"Stamina Cost of actions -20%."
However, this page says:
"+20% Stamina regeneration"
Is the description incorrect, or is this wiki page wrong?

- I checked the in-game descriptions for the Embassy upgrade buff and for sleeping at the Food Store's Inn upgrade. Both of these other sleep effects also state that it's a reduction in cost rather than a regeneration bonus, so I'll go ahead and edit those pages. Please do revert either of the edits if you believe the in-game description to be incorrect.
