Silver-Nose the Trader is a rare Merchant located in Hallowed Marsh, in Outward.
He can only appear in a certain defeat scenario, for players of the Blue Chamber who successfully allied with The Ash Giants during the quest of the same name.
This scenario can occur if the player is within the general area of the Giants' Village - approximately from around the Vigil Pylon, to south of Under Island.

This store is only available after the player experiences the associated defeat scenario. Upon resetting the area, Silver-Nose will disappear until you get the defeat again.
Notably, items are 30% cheaper to purchase from this store.
