Rissa is the current Chamberlady of Cierzo. Now an elderly woman, she is kindhearted, but firm in her judgements and believes wholeheartedly in the core beliefs of the Blue Chamber Collective. She is a highly accomplished Rune Mage, and was quite active in her youth. No one is quite sure when or how she lost her eye, and it's not a story she's told anyone else in decades.
The Aberdeens are a very old family, stretching back to almost the founding of the Blue Chamber Collective, and have held considerable power for most of that time. They're known for tending to be in exactly the right place at exactly the right time.
