Purify The Water is a Minor Quest in Outward.
Timer[]
This quest has a shared timer with Vendavel Quest of 20 days, which begins when you join a faction. If you do not complete Vendavel Quest within this time, Cierzo will be destroyed and will make this quest unavailable. Likewise, if you complete Vendavel Quest on time, there is no longer a timed window to repair the water purifier.
Quest Summary[]
This quest becomes available in Cierzo concurrently with Vendavel Quest immediately after the player joins a faction. This quest cannot be completed if Cierzo becomes inaccessible.
When the player first visits Cierzo after joining a faction, they may observe that the basin of the water purifier is suddenly filled with rancid water.
Walkthrough[]
- Speak to Etios von Vanoos near the water purifying machine in Cierzo to receive the quest.
- Bring 2 Power Coils to Etios, the engineer in Cierzo, to repair the water purifying machine.
- Deliver both coils to Etios to complete the quest. Etios will then disappear from Cierzo.
Outcomes[]
- 1x Coil Lantern
- The Cierzo Water Purifier is fixed, and Clean Water can now be collected again.
