Josef Dumas is an NPC involved in the Sirocco quest line in Caldera.
Description[]
Josef sells Blueprints used for Building.
Josef was once a bandit, and he was responsible for keeping their essentials working in his tribe. He was adopted by Dorion Dumas and taken under his wings along with Evangeline Vallier, who helped refine his talents.
Time Skip[]
Players can speak to Josef Dumas if they wish to quickly progress forward in time by 7 days. Speak to Josef and choose the option 
2: "I'd like to spend a week helping with the construction tasks." and you will immediately progress time by one week.
- Players will be treated as if sleeping for part of this time (burnt health and stamina will recover, while mana will be burnt). No Sleep Effects will be granted.
- All three basic Needs will be restored to 100%.
- Food carried on person will decay as normal. However, food stored in the Stash will not age 7 days.
