- Find and talk to Helen Turnbull in Cierzo, and ask about work.
- You will receive 2x Antidote on quest start
- Get the Mushroom Shield from the depths of the Blister Burrows, north east of Cierzo.
- The burrow itself is guarded by many troglodytes
- The shield can be found inside a large chamber in the heart of the burrow
- Tip: While in Blister Burrow, you can also fetch the Giant-Heart Garnet from the room with large Giant coffin / statue
- Return the Mushroom Shield to Helen Turnbull, in Cierzo.
