Headmaster Raul Salaberry is an NPC in the city of Harmattan in the Antique Plateau region.
Description
The headmaster of the Sorobor Academy.
Salaberry can sometimes be found at Berg (during the Blue Chamber Council meeting, during Cloak and Dagger for Sorobor Academy members). During the Sorobor Academy quest A House Divided, he can be found in the debate area in north-east Harmattan.
