Harmattan is a city in the Antique Plateau region, and is the home of the Sorobor Academy.

Harmattan is a city of commerce and academia. It features various districts, each of which has their own distinct purpose and theme. There is the Sorobor Academy itself, where one can find a Ley Line and several important NPCs. There is also a trade district, military district, and other areas.
