Ghost (Red Lady) is a type of Undead enemy in Outward. The Ghosts themselves are not "red ladies", but rather their name here refers to the Scarlet Lady.
Description[]
A red ghost wielding a sword and shield, found at the Enmerkar Vigil Pylon. Unlike other Ghosts, this ghost also deals some Fire damage.
Most likely a creation or follower of the Scarlet Lady. As mentioned by Whispering Bones (Lich), the open area of the Vigil Pylon was created by her.
