On a small beach across the water northeast of The Tower of Regrets. A skeleton is sitting against some crates with a Chest behind it. The Mysterious Long Blade may also spawn here.
On the corner of a building just above the Oil Refinery main entrance to the east, with a skeleton sitting against the foundation.
West (and slightly north) of the main entrance to Old Sirocco, at the foot of the drawbridge on the north side.
