Located at the Immaculate's Refuge. The refuge is located in the northeast corner of the map in the area comprised of hexagonal black stone pillars. It is a small cave entrance right on the edge of an oil pit and is slightly northwest of the Vault of Stone. The Experimental Chakram can be found inside this small dungeon.
