Cabal Hermit Skills are trained by Adalbert the Hermit, at Hermit's House in northeastern Chersonese.

Tier 1: Universal Skills[ | ]
These are skills available without spending a Breakthrough point.
Reveal the blueish soul orb left by deceased thieves and adventurers.
Certain spells must be cast within proximity of a soul.
Grants you a boon that varies according to your location when casting this spell.
Spell which inflicts no damage but has High Impact in a wide area in front of the caster.
Can be combined with other spells for powerful effects.
Tier 2: Breakthrough Skill[ | ]
The effects of boons on you are increased.
For example, a boon that increases your Fire Resistance by 20 would increase it by 30 instead.
Tier 3: Specialization Skills[ | ]
More advanced skills for those that specialize as a Cabal Hermit. The skills Sigil of Wind and Infuse Wind are mutually exclusive - when you choose one you can never learn the other.
Required: Activated Wind Altar.
Create a magic circle on the ground. Certain skills have additional effects when cast within this circle.
Required: Activated Wind Altar.
Increases the Impact and Attack Speed of your melee weapon for 3 minutes.
Your stamina burn increases more quickly, however.
Spell which does nothing on its own, but can be combined with other abilites.
Cabal of Wind Altars[ | ]
The Cabal of Wind Altars (or Totems) are spread throughout the world of Aurai, which grant the power to cast certain Cabal skills within a region.
Altar Locations[ | ]
- Chersonese: North-east, beyond Ghost Pass. It is slightly south of the "Cabal of Wind Tower" map marker, which is actually Hermit's House.
- Hallowed Marsh: In the south-western area of the swamp, along the Pilgrim Road from Chersonese. It is marked as Cabal of Wind Tower.
- Enmerkar Forest: In Berg, directly above the southern-most entrance. There is a stone ramp at the top of the stairs behind the tree stump. The altar is at the end of the path.
- Abrassar: to the north of The Walled Garden, north of the marked Cabal of Wind Tower (Cabal of Wind Outpost)
- Antique Plateau: At the end of a lone path just east of the Cabal of Winds Temple. The path is bathed in corruption.
- Caldera: West of the Ritualist's Hut, behind the hill.
