Description[]
The Butcher of Men is a powerful Immaculate, encountered at the end of each faction quest line in Monsoon.
It is a much stronger version of an Immaculate, glowing purple and blue, and emitting sparks of lightning.
Combat & Tactics[]
Like all Scourge, it is weak to Lightning. It has high Stability and deals heavy Impact, however the NPCs helping (Sagard, etc) will likely kill it fairly quickly.
Like Immaculates, it has knowledge of a quick double-attack skill.
