This build is very dependent of you having the ghost by your side, as you will need to commit and do as much damage as possible with one handed sword a lot, ofcourse ghost is not necessary if you are confident in your dodging skills tho for most optimal playstyle, you definetly want it regardless.
You will be buffing weapon damage with some Buffs or Skills like Discipline (With Shamanic Resonance) and Enrage as well as Infuse Wind and differend boons depending on enemy main damage you will encounter.
I highly recommend having Vampiric Sword as secondary, as it will help you sustain with quick switch or having it there if you run low on supplies and need some healing against enemies but mostly its just there as backup which only extremely rare case you will use if you happen get hit or dont manage switch aggro between ghost and you enough often.
Note: if you dont like flash onslaught or you decide that all in is not your style: then you can take counterstrike instead for more defensive purposes tho counterstrike is inconsistent and need precise timing against enemies that uses physical damage as their main source so generally Flash Onslaught is better for this build thanks to its uncontested AoE option and beacuse you already have brace to use to activate diciple boon, counterstrike falls off in use other than as emergency option
Ofcourse depending on your chosen weapon (virgin sword been best weapon use with this build in my experience), boon to amplify its damage is needed.
To get the most out of this build you want use your melee weapon as main damage but after melee combo, you want dodge and use either puncture or the technique before reposition yourself so ghost can take enemy aggro, then use Chakram Dance as primary damage for re-engage on enemy. Against multiple enemies you want use both Charkam Arc and Pierce before using onslaught as it will eat your diciple boon which reapplying you need disengage and ghost will take enemy for a bit on itself while you re-apply it unless you have brace which lets you counter enemy attack giving you the boon so be mindful while using Onslaught.
there is plenty combos but im going give you my favourite when i dont see enemy coming and i get surprised by it/them
To prepare for a fight, first you need find spot where you can use reveal souls to Conjure your ghost then optionally you can also try get reveal soul + spark for mana restoration but also ofcourse once you've taken enemies down, Reveal Soul will use fallen enemies as source for spark and conjure to prep for next fights
After getting your companion is summoned, apply rage,Mist, discipline and cast infuse wind and now you're ready for your fight.
also to feel comfortable,you are free make your skills how you feel they work best.
Also note that there is otherways also open the fight than Puncture, but i use it as first skill to inflict pain on enemy to get more physical damage in from weapon of choise and brace once enemy turns on you and attacks to get diciple boon. Ofcourse you can also use Brace first then puncture.
about items: Some of items are required to have The Three brothers and Sorobean DLCs which build is made in definitive edition (Just incase i mess up source code editing)
