Full Build Details

Quick note: This is my first outward build that I have actually put thought into, so it isn't wonderful.

This build focuses on support and half decent dps. It works best in multiplayer but can be played single player, and makes most use out of the Primal Ritualist and Hex Mage skill trees.

How to use this build:

Combat with this build usually requires a bit of preparation, but if something jumps you its not a big deal and you can just kill it with the Hex Mage and maybe Cabal Hermit skills. Your goal should be placing your totems and Sigil of Wind, casting all your Boon Skills, and buffing up. Once everything is set up, run around/hide behind totems using skills.

Other Notes:

You can also use Grind as a weapon if you want, it will help with the totems and increase damage, and do more damage than the staff.

Also, the Jewel Bird Mask can be replaced with a Tenebrous Helm with Order of Discipline, but my personal preference is the mask.

A better armor set for this build would be the Rust Lich Set, but I really hate how it looks...

Another good alternative armor set would be Gold-Lich Mask (any Enchantment), Wolf Mage Armor (Adrenaline), Tenebrous Boots (Speed and Efficiency).

Get 5 points of Mana, or more. I don't think this build manages to be effective with less, and I think adding more makes the Health and Stamina too low.

You can replace Conjure with Spark if you want, but I would rather be able to keep my distance.

I haven't actually tried it but Bombs seem like they could be really fun with this build!

Getting all Tier 1 Passive Skills REALLY helps, but I think most people already do that.

Food and Potions are essential, especially things that help with mana.

Tent doesn't matter super much but I like the Mage Tent for general use and Scourge Cocoon and Plant Tent for more permanent campsites.

It was difficult for me to decide what backpack to use, I was torn between the Mefino's Trade Backpack, Dusk Backpack, Preservation Backpack, and the Boozu Hide Backpack, so ultimately its up to you. I went for Mefino's but it honestly does not matter.

I took inspiration from some other builds, primarily some build by TheOathseeker (mainly Primal Shaman and Enchanting Archer), so check out their builds!
