- Must be standing near a Blood Sigil. The Turret will always appear at the center of the closest sigil, if one is within range.
- The turret's projectile is guaranteed to hit a target, if any are in range, once per second.
- The damage of the turret is affected by the player's damage amplification.
- Only one Blood Turret can be active at a time. Casting the combo while an existing turret is active will replace the first one with the new one, and reset the timer.
